Industry Credentials
An Industry Credential helps you build a set of skills that will allow you to work within a specific industry. Typically, Credentials require less than 1 year of education and training and allow job seekers to earn a steady income.
Students who are seeking short-term training and who meet certain criteria may be eligible for special training programs financed by specific Workforce and College programs.
Workforce programs throughout the state help job seekers in certain categories with retraining programs. Working with these agencies can help a job seeker connect resources and opportunities for career success.
